Welcome to the Tox Josh Studios Booking Site! We are so excited that you have decided to start your aesthetic journey with us. Please read the following before booking your appointment.

All New Patients of Tox Josh are required to schedule a Virtual Consultation prior to treatment (unless you are a new Xeomin/Tox Patient, then you can schedule a New Patient Xeomin Appointment which doesn’t require a consult prior). The consultation fee is applied to your treatment if you book within 90 days of your consultation.

All other appointments with other providers can be scheduled without prior consultation.

Existing patients, you can login to Vagaro below with the email you provided us and can schedule and modify existing appointments now at your leisure! Just make sure it is greater than 48 hours to avoid our Cancellation Policy below. Text us at 615-628-7671 and we can assist you if you need it!

If you are a new skincare patient booking with Kenzie, please add on New Patient Consult (Same Day Treatment) appointment service to your selected treatment.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Your card will not be charged unless you are subject to our cancellation or no show policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or patients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. We send out ample notifications about your upcoming appointment via email and text. More than 15 minutes late will result in a 100% charge for the service and you will need to be rescheduled.
